My 8 year old son was just diagnosed ADHD, what do I need to know to help him the most. He just started meds and next week starts with a therapist (he also suffers from anxiety).

I know that CHADD has some free articles online for dealing with ADHD in children. I don't know if it's ok to post the link here, but you can google it.
Thanks for this!

You don't say your son's age, but I suggest you learn all you can about it as you try to understand and work with him. My son was in high school when he was diagnosed and we bought books for him to read. Check out the list at the top of this forum.
Thanks for this!
