I would like to know if anyone has had a good experience or recommendation for a Psychiatrist in or around the Sacramento area? Hopefully one who specializes in adult ADHD. Thanks.

 Since no one is responding here, maybe you can go on the Internet and Google "psychiatrists in the Sacramento, CAL area." Then you might be able to call around to find out more about them.
