As some of the people I chat with know I'm pregnant! Just found out and going to try and have a fit and health pregnancy. I'm reading about what kinds of foods I should and shouldn't be eating. What is getting me if I'm really going to have to start planning almost every waking hour of my days!
I can't even plan when I should start my homework! How am I going to do this? What bothers me the most is that the health food sound so good and I know if I could just start it out right and keep it up I'll do just fine. I love healthy foods along with junk foods but I'm a crap planner!

Congratulations !!!
![]() I mostly enjoyed pregnancy! (Despite my asshat partners lol). I think the ADD wasn't a problem cuz society really allows us to space out or be in a frenzy or stressed or forgetful during pregnancy & early motherhood. It was a diligent hyper focus time for me, reading the books, eating well, brewing red raspberry & nettles & rose hips herbal teas perfectly. I took up crochet and made baby booties, hats & baby sweaters. Got all the baby clothes washed with the gentle soap & prepped so cute in the drawers. If you've got school on top that might be a challenge. I worked up until late pregnancy, it's tough but totally do-able. What a special time! You got this! ![]() |

Arwen_78,
Please don't make yourself crazy with the idea that you must plan every hour of the day in order to have a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy. To start with, you'll deal with morning sickness (as you know). You'll also deal with periods of cravings, times when you can't eat a lot, and times when you'll feel too exhausted for much. All you can do is go with the flow. Every person and every pregnancy is different. Only advice I can give is to keep healthy food choices on hand, get used to the idea of snacking rather than large meals, and accept that your body (and your OB/GYN) know what they are doing. |
