I have been struggling with my ADD out of my all my mental health junk a lot more then other things but today I actually feel good about it.
you know I actually feel really good I just organized a whole ton of lose paper work in the living room into folders that are now labeled and organized lol I have so many...one for the Car, SIL (services for independent living), Voc Rehab and Moregroup, Temp Agencies, Job Applications, Physical Health, and Mental Health, School... I am really happy about this its a great step for me with my ADD issues.

I just wish things like this would just be easier for an ADDer! I mean once I actually do them I feel like I climbed a mountain, then the next day I'm zapped of power and feel lazy forever.

oh when I got finished I felt both accomplished and like I should be doing more...but under the recommendation of my therapist I need to try to focus more on positive life experiences in my life.

so lol trying to...just when you got ADD and OCD like symptoms lol sometimes this easier said then done...
