Are you taking any medication?

Why do you think you get mad at small things? Does it worry you before you get to the point where you boil over?

You didn't give us a lot of detail, and I'd like an example, but there could be something else causing the anger... but again, if it's only once a month, you should just learn to simmer down.. maybe some breathing exercises, meditation, or short term therapy?

"It happens once a month." Are you a guy or girl?

Having a temper can be part of ADHD because you have so much pent up energy and don't know what to do with it. That was the case for me when I was a child. I was hyperactive. The little things bothered me. I was just unhappy and could not settle down.
