Every time I have therapy, my A.D.D. interferes. It happens a lot. I start talking about something and then my brain thinks up a bunch of related things, chooses one and off my brain flies. It is usually several minutes before I realize I have shot off on a tangent. Sometimes I can go back to the original thought. Other times I totally forget what the original thought was.

I'm sure that's frustrating, but your therapist will understand. I suggest you just do the best you can to stay on topic.
Thanks for this!

That happens to me too! My poor therapist has to corral me back, or sometimes she lets me ramble for a while just to relax me a little bit so I can eventually hopefully get back to the important things.
Thanks for this!
