I made a roll call ages ago but this forum isn't really active anymore and it got auto deleted.

This is just a place where you can post anything unless you have a more important topic I'd say yknow just what you did how ADHD/ADD is effecting you and stuff.
Thanks for this!

My day off. Spent a lot of it on the sofa but restless. I feel like I want to do something but nothing interests me right now. Probably doesn't help that I have no money.

I've also tried to make one of these.. but these seem to die pretty quickly. I guess all us ADHDers forget about them or get distracted :P bad joke bad joke.. I know.

Anyways.. today is alright. I'm feeling kinda crappy because I'm on my period. I've actually started working at trying to do work and being productive a lot more.. and I find it's actually working. It's basically a matter of sitting down in the right environment (not in front of the TV) and just reading what I need to read/writing emails, etc. (I also work from home).

I've lately also discovered that doing work/reading helps to calm me.. I find it weird that I never had discovered that before. so.. that's cool.

Not feeling too guilty today about not doing things.. unless I remind myself like I just did that I haven't cancelled my gym membership yet (it's hard to use since moving back to the country from the city with no car) and I haven't paid my phone bill or rented my graduation gown or sent my transcripts away.. ahhhhhhh.... eff. Errands that I like to postpone. froik.

Whatever. I still feel good about today. lol.

I went onto the healthful chat .com or something in the ADHD section and you meet people there where you can do "tasking" which is doing a task that you need to get done with someone else or more people in a set amount of time. It is REALLY effective and I recommend it for motivation.

Today was the second time I ever fell asleep in class because my class was reading a novel and it doesn't help with motivation when no one else is paying attention either..
Thanks for this!

I'm okay, I've been focusing on making lists to help prepare myself for this summer and for next semester. I find making lists to be the most helpful when you struggle with ADHD.

I am grateful for: good night of sleep, to do lists that got done, and days off. I am also grateful for the chemicals that make it happen

I started accepting that when I try to remember something, I'll get distracted and forget so I made ... a LOT of lists once again.. it helps and it's waaay more reliable..

Studying for finals.. kill me and bury me with my bundle of messy papers..

Feeling ok this morning. I am transitioning from Cymbalta right now to Viibryd for my depression. Tapering the doses down this week. Kind of excited to start a new antidepressant after years of being on Cymbalta.
