I'm back on Adderall after 3 years if no ADHD medication. It's glorious!! I've actually completed some projects I just couldn't seem to stick with, and didn't nap all day.

Yay!!

It's funny what small accomplishments feel like such huge ones to me right now.

I was reading and posting in some earlier posts you had. I would not diminish the importance of this break through. Before going to bed, pencil in something on the calendar that will keep this trend of joy and success going. Building on success is the path to recovery. If you fall down 12 times get up 13 times. Having an attitude of resolve that no matter what life throws at you, you will NOT give up. In this place, you will have the courage of David facing what may appear as a Goliath like illness. But you have the power to shine - keep on shining.
