Hello everyone, my name is Francis. And I think I have ADHD.

After reading the symptoms, I can say that I can relate to almost all of it. Especially the things that I hate the most.

1st. I can't seem to concentrate on things that require concentration, whether I'm listening on a lecture at school, or a normal conversation, my mind always wander and think some crazy random stuff. So random I don't know why I was thinking of that. On conversations, I can't comprehend what they are talking occasionally so sometimes I just nod, laugh or say what? Usually I blame my ears because I thought I was going deaf. But now I know better.

2nd. I procrastinate. A lot. I mean if you can only see my pile of clothes left unwashed (sorry I know it's disgusting but I'm making a point. ) Sometimes, I just lay on my bed staring at the ceiling for hours thinking about random stuff. Very random.

3rd. I can't seem to get jobs done. I remember when I was little, I always get scolded for my parents because I seem to forget something to do, or I can't notice some things worth noticing. Another example is when I'm studying formulas (I'm in college studying engineering, I know right, it's stupid to someone who thinks he might have ADHD) I always seem to forget something which leads to incorrect answers. Sometimes.

There are a lot of things I want to tell you guys but I think this is just too long to read. So guys, in your opinion, do I have ADHD?

Thank you for reading my post and have a great day everyone.

it is worth going to the dr. to go get evaluated., if that is too big of a leap for you, most college campuses have free counseling. you can start there and tell a counselor your suspicions. they propably wont be able to officially diagnose you because they are usually students themselves but they can give you a good idea and they may have the testing and have some referrals for you. and if you are adhd then you can go thru disability at college and get special considerations to help you with yur classes. take care and welcome to pc.

Thank you for the advice. Guidance counselors scares me but I'll follow your advice. And if I do have ADHD, then I hope I get better. Thank you.

I really can’t say if you have ADHD or not, but those are the symptoms! Only with a proper diagnose you can know if you have or not. Good luck.
