I have a problem that I can't concentrate while reading
some time whene I read my mind drifft to other subjects and I stop reading and continue to think in those things Or I continue to read but after finishing reading a page I find that I'm didn't understand no single word the other problem that when I read I got sleepy, my eyes will close and my head go down for littel periode !!! I'm totally stessed about this I can't study or read any thing !!! any help please?? |

Hi, jujio2. Have you had a professional examine you for ADHD yet? If you're diagnosed, maybe a prescription can help. I have very similar problems when reading, though not as profound as you describe. I hate getting stuck on the same paragraph/page because I keep failing to take in what I've read.
