Really want to get a vivid idea of ADHD in general so i can be better to my friends and be more supportive to other ADD'ers. Not to come across inconciderate or anything i genuinely want to help more as i feel being supportive isn't enough.

What is the best and worst thing about having ADHD?

Claire, thank you for your interest in ADHD. Sometimes responses are slow in certain forums so I wanted to share some links at Psych Central that might be helpful.
