My grandson is 5 years old, diagnosed with ADHD. Riperdal was prescribed, but failed. Strattera is not the answer. Can you please advise which medicine are used for succesfully treated ADHD in 5 year-olds?

My daughter was diagnosed with severe ADHD at age 6. She takes Adderall once a day in the mornings and it's been pretty amazing for her. She's 10 now.
