I am using a platform based on neurofeedback/edufeedback. The platform is call play attention and also frequent Additudemag.com for news. I gave up on the medications and have found this program to be working for my daughter. I cannot say enough about it. I am now using it as a positive reinforcement instead of the "naughty" chair.

ADHD and Marriage or adhdmarriage(dotcom)-This has been incredibly helpful. And it's not just for married couples. Any adult with add/adhd can benefit.

ADDitude or additudemag(dotcom)

And the only quality support group for adults with adhd in my area is The Manhattan Adult ADD Support Group. maaddsg(dotorg) I only wish they met weekly! Very informative and positive.

I hope this is helpful to someone out there. :-)

Clearly it's been awhile since anyone posted in here...

I recently found a youtube channel by a woman who also has a TED talk about her experience with ADD/ADHD. Her channel is called "How to ADHD"

(I'm too new to these PC forums to include url links, but if you go to youtube site and search for "How to ADHD", it'll be one of the top results in the list.)

I've also found additional resources and learning materials about living with and navigating ADHD through watching her videos.

And it's quite obvious how much she cares about doing those videos, because they come from her own personal struggles along with those of other "ADHD brains" out in the world.

I hope it's helpful for anyone out there who might benefit (whether you have ADD/ADHD, or know someone who does and are trying to understand all the stuff).

i learned better how my EQ emotional intelligence is what im going to put a major focus now, as it is crucial for social and one ownself dealing with!
i started to take ashwatangha 2 time a day to hopefully stabilize better my anxieties hormones and all a bit.
i have adhd and general anxiety disorder .

i think ashwatangha may also help cut a bit my attraction to smoke marihuana that stupidely dosent help to take charge of my emotional stability and reinforce my separation to myself and with others(in general) .

thanks for tread!
