so first of all I also have pretty bad clutter issues in the house that I am trying to address and deal with.
but I have always had adhd issues and about four or three years ago, got a diagnosis. I have many mental health issues,but this is one major thing I struggle with. I lose things all the time making have to back track in things I do. I need to form better habits,or maybe seek out being medications. I am just unsure where to start. and frankly I am just overwhelmed by everything. but I know I can get through this.

I am also overwhelmed by everything and nothing ever seems to be done all the way.especially housework of which every one would say. Sometime i hyperventilate when i have too many things to do too Through all this i have learned to take one thing at a time and it is very hard to take one day at a time which i am working on at this part of my life. i will be turning 58 in feb and i don't know where the time went and hopefully I'll have time left.

Kala- you and me both, and I would love to tell you that I found the solution. I have not. BUT certain things have helped me. I get up ridiculously early (I love it) and I always set my coffee up the night before. My alarm goes off, slippers and robe goes on, water poured and coffee brewing and take meds immediately. Then I sit down for an hour to myself to read. I love this time. I hate dishes even with a dishwasher I hate them. For some reason about 6 months ago I got tired of having to do two or three days of dishes and started doing them everyday. I do them in the morning. So who give a f**k if there are dinner dishes in the sink, the point is once a day I do them.

Either I need a life coach to help me directly with deal with the issues or I need to be back on medications, I feel like I need to try to new meds but my doctors make me feel like I am arguing with them most of the time
