so first of all I also have pretty bad clutter issues in the house that I am trying to address and deal with.
but I have always had adhd issues and about four or three years ago, got a diagnosis.

I have many mental health issues, but this is one major thing I struggle with. I lose things all the time making have to back track in things I do.

I need to form better habits,or maybe seek out being medications.

I am just unsure where to start. and frankly I am just overwhelmed by everything.

but I know I can get through this.

I am also overwhelmed by everything and nothing ever seems to be done all the way.especially housework of which every one would say. Sometime i hyperventilate when i have too many things to do too Through all this i have learned to take one thing at a time and it is very hard to take one day at a time which i am working on at this part of my life. i will be turning 58 in feb and i don't know where the time went and hopefully I'll have time left.

Kala- you and me both, and I would love to tell you that I found the solution. I have not. BUT certain things have helped me. I get up ridiculously early (I love it) and I always set my coffee up the night before. My alarm goes off, slippers and robe goes on, water poured and coffee brewing and take meds immediately. Then I sit down for an hour to myself to read. I love this time. I hate dishes even with a dishwasher I hate them. For some reason about 6 months ago I got tired of having to do two or three days of dishes and started doing them everyday. I do them in the morning. So who give a f**k if there are dinner dishes in the sink, the point is once a day I do them.

I'm so sorry, kala83 I know how you feel. Just try to take things one step at the time. Take baby steps. Give yourself some breaks, and don't beat yourself up if you haven't done everything. You can do this! Please don't give up. You're stronger than you think. Sending many hugs to everyone

Either I need a life coach to help me directly with deal with the issues or I need to be back on medications, I feel like I need to try to new meds but my doctors make me feel like I am arguing with them most of the time
