so first of all I also have pretty bad clutter issues in the house that I am trying to address and deal with.
but I have always had adhd issues and about four or three years ago, got a diagnosis.

I have many mental health issues,but this is one major thing I struggle with. I lose things all the time making have to back track in things I do.

I need to form better habits,or maybe seek out being medications.

I am just unsure where to start. and frankly I am just overwhelmed by everything.

but I know I can get through this.
