The Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) hosts a number of weekly virtual support groups:

https://add.org/adda-virtual-programs/

They look potentially helpful, so I wanted to draw them to your attention.

Best,
DocJohn

Hey @DocJohn do they seem helpful enough to pay to join? Its only 5$ but I wanted your opinion,

I honestly don't know, I just came across them (back when they were still free). It's $5 per month, so you could try it for a month and if you didn't find them helpful, cancel your membership.

I'm surprised to see they don't have a scholarship or something for members who can't afford to pay.
