My therapist says I have ADHD, but I havent been officially diagnosed because I havent talked to my nurse practitioner about it. I will bring it up when I talk to her. I also have schizoaffective bipolar type so she might not be willing to put me on stimulants right away either.

What are some tips for those of us who are not on meds for ADHD but struggle a lot with symptoms? I’m trying to find a job but I feel like I keep screwing things up. I kinda want to just wait until I talk to my pnurse about this and get treated but Idk how long that will be.
