My wife was diagnosed at age 30 with ADHD, it causes challenges in our relationship. I'd appreciate thoughts, experiences and advice. Thank you in advance.

Hi there SoulBlissGuy,
I wanna first say you seem like a great partner to go out of your way to try to find ways to manage the challenges in your relationship! Many wouldn't take the time to try to find solutions, just blame a problem. So, thats great on you! I, like your wife, was diagnosed at age 30 with ADHD and once I understood what it meant, I was able to cope much better. I'm not in a relationship, but I know of many articles that talk about tackling that very thing. I'll share a few here from ADDITUDE magazine. It's a pretty good source for some tips and tricks of weathering the illness. I hope it helps you. I'm sorry I can't be much help beyond that-- I haven't been in a relationship in a long time, since being diagnosed.
