Sometimes I have a very hard time with this. I can't remember to do anything without a list, except that sometimes I forget to make the list. Sometimes it gets so dang frustrating that I just have to laugh it off. My pdoc said that once the lamictal started to take effect he would add straterra to help me with this. So when I went to see him on Thursday, thanks to AHDH and only having 15 minutes for a med ajdustment appt, I FORGOT TO REMIND HIM!!! Who was supposed to remind me? Now I have to make another appointment soon so I can get the new meds. I'm not in need of suport here, just thought it was funny.
