I kind of tripped onto this web site and was surprised to find alot of real scientific evidence of ADHD w/ brain scans, EEG's, etc. So, if you are scientifically detail oriented, this is for you !
I have a B.S. in Microbiology.....soooo...I loved it!! Have a looksy!

I am in the midst of a narcotic detox (cold turkey!!!) due to the last 2+ months being on Lorcet for my shoulder replacement surgery 24/7. It SUX but I'm gettin' through! I HATE addiction. When will I be able to SLEEP again....????? WHAAAAA!!!
I FINALLY got on "Strattera".....a long saga.... oy vey...need a larger dose!

I wonder if Doc John has seen this - he has claimed in blog posts that ADHD is not a biologically-based illness. See full article at

Statements like that trouble me, particularly as there is plenty of evidence to the contrary, even found on this website! See http://psychcentral.com/news/2009/06...adhd/6734.html . If evidence has been found of genetic variations that cause ADHD, then how can anyone say it is a disease that has no biological basis???
