Here is an Excellent Book to order for.
diagnosising boys , girls and teens with ADHD . Very helpful for Adults never diagnosised as children who need guidleines on what to look for in thier past. It contains quite a few methods for behavior modification . applicable for Adults as well .. Not purchasing a Lava lamp any time soon . But that trip to Hawaii . Now that sounds enticing  .The Books a Keeper. 'The ADHD BOOK of LISTS ' By Sandra F. Rief $30.00. paper back . Its a oversized book as in HUGE! .......   ......It comes naturally... what can I say..
