So, I posted last month asking when Asperger traits would appear since my mom said I did not fit the diagnostic criteria as a kid. Well...I just got another email from my mother on the issue saying that she was in denial that something could be wrong with me, but was ready to accept it and reanswered my questions. Now I did meet it as a child.

Now I am going to look like an idiot at my appointment with the pdoc on Wednesday. I already sent him a letter asking about a possible different diagnosis (since I fit the diagnostic criteria for some personality disorders if I wasn't Asperger) and sent him my mom's original thoughts and comments on the Asperger's. Hopefully he will understand that she changed her mind on what I was like as a child.

Just thought I'd place an update on here for anyone that was curious.
