my hubby's 5 yr. old grandson has been diagnosed with either add or adhd (he lives in fla. and we live in az. so we can't seem to get too much info. from hubby's daughter. seems a psychiatrist?? took a urine sample and he either has too much or too little or some chemical and the psychiatrist believes by changing diet/adding minerals, etc. that he can treat the boy this way without rx such as adderall or ritalin. has anyone had success going this holistic route? thanks.

That's an odd way to go... I've heard of a lot of people making lifestyle changes in children to treat ADHD. Hope it works out!
