with autism can sometimes hear multiple conversations at the same time, if there is anyone else with the same experiences or if it's just normal.

I'm not an expert, but my general impression is that folks with autism tend to focus more on one thing at a time, to the exclusion of other things. I'm wondering if it might be more related to your psychosis.

Can anybody else chime in on this question?

It is a lot easier to focus on one person talking. Sometimes, I can follow two or three people speaking if the surroundings are quiet. Usually, I prefer to listen or at least try to, than join in.

Usually, I socialize with one person, at a time.
