i am wondering if anyone on here has this, and can give me some information about it first hand?

trying to help a friend with 1 of her current thought processes- and what i really need to know is how people with this disorder think so i can best help her and see things from her level.

thanks

This is the first time I've actually heard about it. I did a quick google search and found this in the first couple of links.

Semantic pragmatic disorder - | autism | Asperger syndrome |

Perhaps it will help shed some light on it for you, if nobody else has anything to add.
