I was diagnosed autistic many years ago, and I want to say that I’m at a point where I’m learning to appreciate everything in life. I’m 28 years young and my areas of special interest seem to be mostly technology related, aaannnd traffic signals.
I have my own business, that is my primary source of income as an independent IT consultant. I also have a girlfriend named Megan, of 5 years who is one year older than I am and is an NT. Sometimes I feel like she “forgets” I’m autistic and we get into arguments about it. I also have a wonderful best friend Erin, who is 46 and I look up to her for everything, as she has been there for me and is very supportive. Nevertheless I’m very thankful for these two people that I have in my life. |
