it is so hard to put into words the feelings of autism. This art I did yesterday showing what it feels like out in public. ugggg! Can anyone else on the spectrum relate or get this?

Yep, that's something I can relate to. I have so much difficulty dealing with people I don't know, and being in crowds makes me completely overwhelmed and panicked.

That is really good! Also on the spectrum though my issues are auditory... but I get the 'overwhelm' message portrayed here

They weren't but I FELT like they were, so that was my reality. I even stopped talking to most people in high school and would not say hello to anyone for a while. Now that I am much older, I just do not really like people that much and I avoid crowds. But I realize that people are absolutely necessary and should be in my life. I don't feel watched anymore.
