Does anyone know if any of the online autism/asperger screenings have any kind of reliability/validity to them? I have taken a couple different ones and scored a 32, 29, and on this psych central one a 33.

I've been officially diagnosed, and have also taken a few of those test, and scored Aspie every time. They seem to be reliable, but I would see a doctor who can evaluate you, and give you a diagnosis.

At what age were you diagnosed? She asked about my developmental milestones and I told her I think they were all typical and she didn't say anything else about it that session. But she hasn't told me anything regarding any of my conditions yet.

I wasn't diagnosed until I was 40, so I went many years wondering what was wrong with me and my social struggles. If you struggle with relationships, have repetitive behavior, can focus on one subject for a long period of time to where you master it, than you might possibly be on the spectrum. These however are just a few traits for being diagnosed.

Thank you for the response. I have many OCD type repetitive behaviors but unlike most people with OCD I dont necessarily feel compelled to do them I just kind of enjoy my rituals and routines. I think I should probably be further evaluated I just took a much more extensive screening located here

Aspie Quiz and scored a 140/200 for neurodiversity my neurotypical was only 85/200.

There are some respected screening tests online, but they are accurate for screening, not for diagnosis.

AQ and AQ-10 are considered validated. The aspiequiz is not (even though I suspect it might actually be more accurate!), and I believe the one on psychcentral.com is not.

I score high on most of the screening tests, but a neuropsychologist doing actual diagnostic tests decided I'm not autistic enough for a diagnosis of ASD. (Granted, it was hard to take that guy's opinion very seriously, but I suspect most other professionals would have ended up at a similar conclusion.)
