Professionals years ago told me its impossible for a female to get autism or aspbergers

Is that a fact?

I know very many women/girls with autism. You don’t need to listen to every stupidity over there. Perhaps you misunderstood what this person said? Professionals in what field? There are professional football player and professional computer engineers. They might not know about autism. Just google it

Yep thats why im asking about it here, she was certain females cannot get aspbergers

Deffo not true, I am a female and was diagnosed as having autism / asperges at the age of 5 maybe 6 years old, they also diagnosed me with ADHD at the same time. Autism and asperges don't have genders, though girls are less likely to receive an diagnosis due to they mask more than boys/males do, but females deffo can have autism and asperges.
