i don't know if it's the avoidant or like a pstd thing, but today i went into sams club and albertsons with very few problems. no pills. i bought these noise canceling headphones and cranked up the music... no problems... i am so excited it's no cure but it was so cool to walk around and not feel scared. i think it's something to do with loud noises people make, and hearing half conversations people have.
