Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers

This book has done wonders for me. It doesn't go into scientific studies and medical explanations. It simply gives answer to issues I have. It is small, affordable, and I find it to be very motivating, answers my questions and is an easy read.

I would recommend it.
