I just want relief and I am so thankful that I found this site and others like me. I have a very good husband. He is understanding and patient but it still hurts that while he is understanding, he just doesn't understand. He wants me to talk to him about things but it is like talking to a brick wall....??? I am not the 17 year old he married anymore and I will never be her again....

Glad you found PC, too. It's a great place to get support. None of us are who we were when we were 17. We are not supposed to be the same as we were then. We are supposed to grow, however, some of us are struck with illnesses that prevent us from growing as we should. I'm sure your husband is not the same as he was at 17 either. We all change for good or bad. Some of us can barely hold our head about water. But we do have a great place to come and share and learn, get support and be heard. Glad you are hear.
