Since I still have to make an appointment for my first examination-thing I would like to know what a psy will ask you or what I would need to do before I go there, I'm really nervous about it
Thanks for reading this!

I was super nervous about going to see mine for the first time too.

I can pretty much say this is what I remember about my first visits:

GP - I broke down crying because it was so difficult to say that I wanted to try meds
Work-Psychologist - no idea, but he said towards the end that he thought I should look into bipolar - which I already knew.
First meet with Pdoc - was already labelled as possibly bipolar, so he asked me questions to see if I fit the criteria. When we got to med-talk I already knew what I wanted and didn't want, and he wanted me to try the same thing that I wanted - he endded up quizzing me on the medication because I'd already done a lot of research.
First time alone with T - he hit a trigger about my family. I don't remember anything else.

In other words... I have no idea what anyone actually asked or said. I got through the meets enough to get some stuff said, but I was so panicked inside that I have got pretty much NO memory of it.
