I'm not sure if it falls into AvPD. If I'm supposed to meet someone (especially someone new), I keep thinking about it relentlessly and keep staging an artificial conversation with that person in my mind. It continues until I meet the person in reality. And whwnever I have a conversation with any acquqintance, no matter how short and simple the conversation is, I keep thinking about it for several hours after it. And I can't stop it.
Is this falls into any specific type of disorder? Anybody else face this problem?

People with social anxiety disorder (AvPDers included) experience stress/worry/fear in anticipation of social events and tend to over-analyze them afterward (in a self-critical way) just as you are describing.
Just to throw it out there, if you are experiencing these obsessive, ruminating thoughts about other things besides just social situations then OCD might be something to consider. I have a friend diagnosed with OCD who plays things over and over in their head like that, but in the case of OCD it would not be exclusive to social interactions so that's kind of a leap based on what you posted...
