So i went to a new psychiatrist and told her about possibly suspicious about having aspergers. She told me that it doesnt sound like that dx at all but instead it sounded like i was dealing with APD. So my question is, how do you guys cope and overcome the symptoms and make things more adjustable.

I've also wondered if I have AvPD, my therapist thinks it's social anxiety disorder, which has similar symptoms.

Just stay inside your house, lock your door and watch tv or sit by the computer...that makes things a bit easier!

One step at a time. Setting small goals and meeting them, and working towards larger ones.
