I finally managed to put an avatar in the forum. So, I feel like boasting a little bit about it.
The dogs in my avatar are my doggies, Miky and Perla. They are my love, my friends and my therapy all together.

What's the story behind your avatar?

my avatar is a calliope and my name is kaliope. i chose it because it is the music that is played on a merry go round. crazy calliope music. merry go rounds go round and round and get nowhere. reminds me of when i am manic. i just want to scream for it to shut up, stop the merry go round, let me get off!

Kaliope, I'm a lover of music but I didn't know there was a special kind of music for merry-go-rounds.

I chose mine because it is pretty, lol. Green and blue and brown all of my favorite calming colors. Kinda reminds me of Scotland too, don't know if that's accurate or not, but I've got a thing for Scotland.

It was one of the pre-selected avatars available on this site. I'm not computer savvy enough to go find my own.

Your doggies sure are cute Azul

I chose my avatar because it represents my heritage of being Native American Indian..the wolf at my back represents the strength I carry with me, that I get from God.....

I've got just a little Cherokee in me, which I'm very proud of.

I also have a thing with Scotland. Do you remember Mel Gibson in Braveheart? My God. Men in kilts!
