Sometimes I think I ''post and delete'' more when my mood and anxiety are worse than my ''usual''... and my usual isn't good (allergic to meds

I suppose this is related to a core feeling of ''not being good enough'' although I abhor that feeling that was instilled into me by abusive ''care givers''... and I resist it as it isn't even true. grrrrrrrrr

Does anyone else in this forum often post and delete? (possibly for a similar reason)
