I diagnosed with AVPD,it's hard to deal and treat,i'm dissapointed with CBT therapy,doesn't deliver and helpd me still.I'm taking venlafaxine 75mg to increase serotonin.

I'm fighting with AVPD and sadness,depression etc,i got overweight due to meds and therapy,i felt crap,now im trying to lose this weight with some nutrition program and gym.
Personality disorders are so difficult to treat,i already changed my first doctor. |

Lost my job recently,i cannot anymore afford the high cost of a long term therapy needed for AVPD,im dissapointed from slow progress and difficulties to make change of the patterns that are same 20 years and suffering from them.
I got fat from antidepressants and feel even worse now. |
