What is the best therapy to choose so to treat avpd,psychodynamic,schema therapy,psychoanalytic,CBT,ACT,something else?

I still suffer,the good news is into june will cut drugs,so it's a positive step of recovery after 1,5 year of meds and therapy.Still struggle a lot with the symptoms.

I wish I had an answer to that, but if you find one, please let us know... sorry I'm not much help.
I'm diagnosed schizoid pd. I see my therapist once a week and we talk. We will start with some inner-child work next week.

Typically,there is no cure or therapy for most personality disorders,just some therapies could ease the symptoms and you feel at times better.

I tried but dissapointed.
