I showered the last three days it's been going pretty good. My oldest daughter moved in with me abt two weeks ago. She loves getting in the water. Well it would be noticeable that I don't if she never notices I'm in the shower. So at first I did the wash off thing lol. Then the last three days I've been taking showers. I went and bought new soap and lotion...they smell really good. I have body wash that I have not used so tonight I'm going to use some. I'm really excited and proud of myself. When I get out the shower. I put on the lotion and it smells so good.....I feel clean and fresh

I took a shower today. I almost did not but things worked out good. I cooked and cleaned the kitchen. Then walked my puppy. I was doing good time wise. So I grabbed the shower cap and my body wash....in I went

I know what everyone is saying about showering. I've been showering about once a week, I'm embarrassed to say. Once you get around to taking it it's no big deal. Getting there is...I don't know why.

i'm probably going to take a shower tomorrow.

I was going to today, but pretty drained for now- and if I take a shower, it's always in the mornings.

and it's almost afternoon, so

I took a shower today while listening to some music.

interesting question about showers:

I wonder how many people like to shower in silence (with just the water running), or like to have TV/ music running.

I took a shower today.
It is getting worse. I can't even remember when I showered last. I usually force the issue when my hair needs to be washed, about every 4-5 days but this last time I think it was 10 days because I had not showered and then went to the beauty school and had my hair colored so did not shower for 5 days after that.
I put on clean everything every work day, scrubs undies etc. but I have to put oil in my hair the night before to make myself take a shower in the morning.
sigh

I think what's also helping me besides my older daughter. Is the hot weather in my area. I hate feeling sweaty. I took a shower last night

It is the WORST when you know that what you should / want to do all make you very happy, and you still can't do it!! So frustrating. The hair dye post hit me. I know with 100% certainty that I will be THRILLED to get highlights again. I've been trying to get the energy up for the last 2 MONTHS to make an appointment. And, even if I actually make an appointment, I actually have to show up and get it done. Ugh. The smallest things are huge obstacles we have to overcome
