OK, this worked recently and will likely work again. As soon as I post this I will take a long shower. This time I have to do the full shabang (hair, body, shaving). This afternoon I have a gynecological appointment, so it must be done. I'll report back with an update and time finished when I'm done.

Had surgery on Monday & im finally going to take a shower & scrub the stink off. I’m sure I’ll be exhausted the rest of the day lol.

I took one yesterday
put it off all day.. i'm like I will do it in the morning, then... oh i'll do it at 2 PM, 3 PM, I eventually did it at 5 PM |

Summer has done wonders for my shower routine as I have to shower and wash my hair every time I swim in the ocean, which is about 3-4 times a week. In winter it is a constant battle to shower as without the swimming I have no motivation. For some reason it is easy to shower after a swim but difficult without. Maybe it is because I have already been wet for a while.

Showered today, much needed after a short hospitalization. I am afraid to shower when IP.
I put on some makeup, too. I’m not going out today, it’s just something that helps my mood. |
