Finally dragged my butt into the shower. Felt good to get all the sweat off.

As my depression has been lifting, I've started to shower a bit more. Nevertheless, I have been feeling sick to my stomach a lot lately and have been sweating a lot for some reason. That has been encouraging me to shower.

Wow! Good for you! For me taking a shower can be sooooooooo hard at times let alone working out. I'm trying little by little to get better. I think my new meds might be helping after seven years of trial and error. Was considering ECT because I had it.

I took a shower today washed and conditioned my hair. I usually hate getting in the shower because it’s cold in the restroom. I forgot I have a space heater. I put it in my restroom and let it warm up. Then my shower was good.

Took a shower this morning, but put too heavy of a sweater on so I've been sweaty.

I take a shower every morning when I wake up. Its REALLY an amazing thing to be able to do every day for myself! Congrats to everybody who are able to do it for themselves too.

I finally showered! I was long overdue for one. It got to the point where I felt really horrible and I smelled even worse, to myself even. I wonder sometimes if my hubby smells me and just doesn't say anything. If that is the case, I wish he'd say something. That would motivate me. His silence reinforces my lack of motivation.
