Good job to all of us who have or will shower today (or even this week)!
I finally showered about 30 minutes ago. I really needed it. I confess that I didn't wash my hair, but I can easily get away with that because of my hair's curliness and style. Yesterday my husband made a big deal out of saying how wonderful my hair looked. He asked me what I did with it. I told him "I brushed it." |

Took a quick shower before PT this afternoon. If I do any sweeping tomorrow I'll have a proper one.

I’m fresh out the shower. Later today I’m going to BP support group.

I finally took a full shower. I didn't even remember the last time I washed my hair. Apparently it was July 13th, six days ago. I had at least showered my body a couple of times since then, and even shaved my legs/under arms. I have been unwell lately. Today I was slightly better than yesterday. My eating has been horrible! I've surely gained weight. I wish sometimes that someone could help take care of me. My husband helps a lot. I mean A LOT! I can't expect him to do too much more.

This showering every day for work, is for the birds! Hate it & feels like such a waste! But I know it’s PC

Took a shower this morning. A long hot one to get my sinuses to clear. Helped quite a bit.
