I am numb...I've worked so hard for so long, at my age (48) with deaths in the family, hospitalizations, loss, work, etc., but I worked my *** off off and tonight, I walked across that stage, with my honor's society regalia, and graduated from college. I cannot believe it! I've had so much love and so much support from all of my professors and classmates! I am on top of the world, and have been off meds for over 2 months. I am over the moon!

Congratulations! That is a huge accomplishment.

Congratulations Seeker!!! That is a huge achievement and success. You worked hard for that, hold on to it with pride. I'm glad that it sounds like you really drank in the whole experience of walking across the stage to to get your diploma, a symbol of your dedication and hard work. Hold on to that memory and treasure it.

Also good work with the meds, I'm glad you are doing good with that. I wish you the best with your new education! Proud of you!

The only thing more terrific than the simply awesome fact of your doing this is your doing it and posting about it here on PsychCentral. We all get to celebrate your accomplishment!

Graduated college tonight
in keeping with your "over the moon" feeling, this seemed to fit ...

Now that you have your degree acclaiming how much you know, please retain your natural right to also be wrong now & then without that being a "big deal." I promise you--it'll come in handy sooner that you can imagine.

Hi all! Haven't been here in AGES!!!!! I love reading all of your comments. They mean so much to me!

Let's see, I've been off the Invega for 6 months now. The only side effect I have left is the constant rubbing of my fingers and toes.

It hasn't all been easy, I've had my ups and downs. But in July, I went to a week long training/retreat that changed my life. I don't want to post too much about it because of privacy issues (mine) but if anyone wants to know, pm me.

I am now happy, healthy, calm, all of my doctors are so impressed with my progress! I meditate, exercise, eat right, and have lost, ready??? 33 pounds!

The only meds I'm currently on are Cymbalta (mostly for the fibro pain) and Nexium. My Pdoc says with regular meditation I could actually come off of the Cymbalta, but I'm not sure about that.

I've started my own business and am cleaning the house again! My b/f and I are better than ever! I have my Reiki I training in November and am so happy!

All is well except that I'm still battling for my daughter, but that will never end.

Thank you all for reading. I wish that I could heal EVERYONE!

Take care, dear friends!
