I actually remembered to eat my breakfast. I think it's been nearly two weeks since I remembered breakfast. If only I had any food in this house I could use for a lunch - I really, truly don't.

The contents of my fridge: shredded cheese, a lemon, cherries (that I think need thrown out without having ate a SINGLE one of them), butter, water, cream cheese, condiments.... Do we notice a lack of food? Yeah. I've not gone to get groceries in ages because I haven't been eating.

But I have ate at least one meal each day - but could I say WHAT I've ate? Nope. Although Ih ave gone out for meals a few times so that is when and where I'm eating.

But yes - breakfast! And plan to go grocery shopping tonight. And I will NOT forget to eat the vegetables and I will remember to eat lunches and suppers!

I always miss lunch, because I do not know what to eat. I always ask my dad to buy me veggie trays. Eating veggies for lunch fill me up, and I feel happy. You can also buy prepared salads. Fruits and vegetables are wonderful to eat for your mood, and drink lots of water!

Wow, Panda, I don't think this is healthy, and I say that with love

When manic, breakfast and lunch are not even close to being realized! Now on 15mg of olanzapine, I am gaining weight for the first time in a long time. And love cooking, too

I hope you are eating more now that it is a month later!

Oh yeah, I've been eating relatively normally. Am currently on vacation though so it's somewhat all over the place! But I was doing pretty good in July while it was summer. Was usually eating a brunch and a supper, although somedays it was breakfast, lunch and supper.
