I took a shower yesterday and didn't post about it too. I'll get one first thing when I get up tomorrow.

I took a shower today and washed my hair....
geesh why is it so hard for me to take a shower????? bizi __________________ 150mg of lamictal 2x a day haldol 5mg 2x a day 1mg of cogentin 2x a day klonipin , 1mg at night, 4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon PRN Remeron 15mg at night, zyprexa10mg under tongue, requip2mg. |

I took a shower this evening. I should've showered this morning, but I was lazy. Now my hair is wet and I'm cold.

When I went manic I took 3 showers a day. Now that I’m depressed I only take 1... but it’s a huge accomplishment everyday because I don’t have any motivation to do anything. In the beginning of my depression I had to yell at myself in my head to get up and take one. Now it’s become routine.... it sucks because I used to love taking showers!!

I took a shower yesterday, washed all my clothes and bed things. Got a great nights sleep on lavender sheets.

I have discovered that the best way to take a shower is not to pre-think it. Really shut down my thought process and just take action with my physical self. Turn the water on and step in. Then I'm in, I wash, and before I know it I'm out and feeling so much better.

I took a shower tonight after my last one being Saturday afternoon. Feel refreshed! I didn't wash my sheets though. That would've been nice but I spent the day getting some groceries and turning in my rent check and paying the phone bill. So I think I got a lot done even if my sheets aren't fresh the same day that I took a shower.
