I took a shower this morning and washed my hair.
Did other self care things including using moisturizer on my face, the dry areas and eye cream and acne lotion to the oily areas. I have a mammogram and bone density test for tomorrow morning to be there by 10am.It is close by So I am not sweating it. my breast hurt just thinking about it. will have a quick bite to eat then out of town for a new client. We are masking up here that is some of us are following guild lines others are not. one of my friends got covid, he was not vaccinated.
