Took another shower this evening and it felt so good! I usually avoid washing my hair, but I got in there and did it tonight and it felt amazing. I should try and wash my hair at least once a week. Topped it off with my luxurious Elizabeth Arden Green Tea body cream, and now just relaxing.
It really feels good to shower every night. - I agree with you @Tart Cherry Jam I tend to fall asleep faster when I do shower at night it's true. I took a shower yesterday the 17th. My hair is so pretty after a blow out.
It had been a while....I get into the shower when my hair looks awful. That is the only reason I shower. Took my nightly shower, felt pretty amazing. I am so glad I take my showers at night - a lot of times I don't feel like it, but I force myself to.

This morning I took a shower and washed my hair. Was so tired from not sleeping well last night so I went to back to bed with wet hair, and got some more sleep.
I take multiple things to get to sleep so it must have been the late night drinking. We were listening to 3 University bands and traditional music and I drank like a fish. I took a shower today and washed my hair.
If felt good getting it done. I have to literally talk myself thru the entire process.I start at the top of my head, wash hair, and use conditioner/mask, some times I mess up like leave the shower with out rinsing out my conditioner. other times I have forgotten to rinse my ears out of soap. another time I have forgotten to wash ears, the pits and under breasts, the crotch.( I never forget that!) I have to remind myself what to wash and in what order. Or I will forget something. It takes me 25 minutes in the shower. About 7-10 minutes in the shower. But I have short hair. I shampoo, then conditioner then put my body wash on a sponge, then use a wash cloth to make sure to get all the soap off. If I’m wearing shorts I then shave that takes a couple minutes more. But I’m in and out of the bathroom in less than 20 minutes total time from going in the bathroom to coming out of the bathroom.

I took a shower today for the first time since Monday. I was really putting it off. But the second I got into the bathroom It was easy. Now I smell like gummy bear shampoo, American Crew conditioner, Sauve body wash, and Old Spice Deodarent.

Took a really nice shower and washed my hair. I have this new luxurious Olay body wash that has elderberry and almond cream in it. I really like it. Got all dressed up today too. Feels really good to take care of myself.

I took a shower tonight. I am in bed early. Don’t take my pills until 9. I always feel good after I shower. It’s the drying off that gets me.

If have bipolar symptoms disorder & Ankylosing Spondylitis, a serious rheumatoid condition. I am in pain constantly from bonds becoming tight like steel. There is no cure and no real medical treatment or answers. I am in arthritis pain all the time. If I am overweight my spine is pulled like a chicken bone pulled apart utile it snaps my spine is rough and brittle. It’s difficult for me to walk and even get up from a chair. I use a walker and a cane. I have gained weight. This morning I will not eat anything more. Yesterday I ate 1/2 a pizza with 1/2 gallon of pop. This is horrible for me. Today I vow not to eat anything like yesterday. I have a friend who had a stroke and he overeats and he had a stroke. If you think this is normal or easy, you are wrong. I will not overeat today. I am 5’7” and 210 lb. I am more concerned with how I feel than how I look. I am not going back to eating like I did. This morning will be my test.
