Took my Sunday shower, my second one since having the stress test and still I have stubborn patches of that sticky stuff they used to glue the patches to me. Scrubbed myself red too! But I smell good.

6-11-24 took a much needed shower and washed my hair.

Took a wonderful shower this morning and washed my hair. Started taking showers in the morning these past couple of days. : )

Took a shower a couple of hours ago even though I was so exhausted but had to do it. Felt immediately better that I did!

I showered about an hour ago. My therapist talked to me about intutive showering. Just doing it whenever I get the energy. I have 2 appointments in the morning.
