Am very proud of myself this evening.
I ate well today, Only eating from 12;30pm to 6;30pm No snacking after dinner. I won't eat again until 11;30 tomorrow morning, a 17 hour fast. Went to the gym and walked a 5K. Came home and took a shower, Did not pick the pimple on my red nose. Took all of my supplements and meds. after my coffee I am showering and washing my hair then brunch and a visit with our friends. Sue had a heart attack and had stents put in and is going to have more this week. So jeff bought some flowers and we are going to go over there after brunch. Then a 3pm concert student jazz violin.

took a shower and washed my hair.
got my new concealer and threw out the old one to cover my bright red nose from rosacea flare up(pimples etc). Late reporting but i took a shower yesterday (wednesday) morning. Also blew dry my hair and it looks pretty cool! Made an appointment for a trim next week, cant wait! I love my hairdresser so much! She is exactly my alter ego, just the cutest little long dark haired hippie girl. Or maybe my id?

Took a shower and did some other self care, but not the whole shabang. I finally flossed my teeth after who knows how long. Now my gums are a bit sore. That's what happens.

I've been taking baths, I can't explain why this is easier - less claustrophobic? I get to sit down..? I have a detachable shower head to rinse the shampoo and soap.
It feels less accomplished than taking a shower, but I end up clean and that's the goal I guess. |

Sunday - nope. Went to bed in the same pjs I woke up in that morning, didn't even wash my face.
Monday, yes, washed my hair as well Tuesday- bad day, wiped the essentials with several baby wipes and put on clean undies and pjs Wednesday, yes, proper bath and clean clothes |
